Join the Clean Air Council and Fairmount Park Conservancy for the fifth annual Celebrate Trails Day along Cobbs Creek Trail on April 27th from 8am-2pm at the playground/park area at Thomas Ave & Cobbs Creek Parkway just north of Whitby Ave.
This free event will kick off with two walks from 8-10am and then be joined by exhibitors from 10-2pm to provide free health and education resources, games, and more.
Walk Around Philadelphia will have a table out there – if you're a perimeter walker and would like to join JJ for a shift of community outreach, please get in touch. If you're curious about the perimeter walk, stop by and find on the city's edge!
The day is filled with free activities including horseback riding, a birding walk, plant identification workshop, and raffle. See the complete event schedule!
