JJ Tiziou has walked the entire perimeter of Philadelphia FIFTEEN TIMES and will be embarking on his 16th complete circumnavigation of the city Sept 5-28 while also facilitating the experience for anyone who'd like to join.
He'll hop on Zoom to share about the project and answer questions about the experience. These virtual sessions are a great opportunity to learn about Walk Around Philadelphia and the city; you're invited to join for walk segments too!
Much like our walks, this virtual experience will be informed by the participants' priorities, but may include:
- A virtual tour of the city's edge and some of the surprises that the map holds
- Stories and photos from past Walk Around Philadelphia experiences
- Answers to Frequently Asked Questions about the project
- Answers to rarely asked questions about the project
- Previews of what's next for the walk

Self-massage 101: On the ball! []

Join JJ Tiziou, LMT for a self-massage workshop at The Cedar Works where you'll learn easy ways to apply therapeutic pressure using tennis or lacrosse balls and other tools to give yourself a massage anywhere, anytime! This 2hr small group workshop will offer plenty of time for individualized attention and practice.
