JoinWeWalkPHL & Walk Around Philadelphia for a New Year's Day walk to get 2025 off to a good start with a sweet stroll in Cobbs Creek Park!

We'll head out from 61st & Baltimore at noon towards the Haddington Woods and come right back to where we started, with the full itinerary being ~5miles & 3hrs. The terrain may include muddy trails.

It's 2.5 miles each way, although you can also peel off from the 63rd & Market SEPTA station or anywhere else as you need. We'd love to have you join us!

WeWalkPHL is a program of the Fairmount Park Conservancy that organizes community walking groups in parks all across the city. The official WeWalk seasons are 8 weeks in the spring & 8 weeks in the fall, but many of the walk groups continue year-round. You can connect to the WeWalk community via this Facebook page.

Walk Around Philadelphia is a project of artist JJ Tiziou that invites an exploration of the city's border. The main Walk Around Philadelphia programs happen twice a year in February & September, with other events throughout the year. You can connect to the Walk Around Philadelphia community via these discussion forums.
