Daunted by the weather?

Weather is definitely an important factor in the Walk Around Philadelphia experience… and the February 2022 walk included an intense snow squall moment that *almost* tempted us to call some rideshare cars and abandon our segment on Hog Island…

… but we persevered, and the sun came back out, and it made for a memorable experience!

Then the next year, on that very same segment in the same time of year, we encountered warmer sunshine and surprise snacks!*

* surprise snacks are not included in your Walk Around Philadelphia registration. But if you’d like to make this kind of delightful experience happen for one of our groups of walkers, sign up to be a Trail Angel! Email if you’d like to intercept one of our groups of walkers with treats.
