You're invited to a winter wellness open house in West Philly with Kimberly ViceJJ Tiziou & Carol Johnson:

Stop by anytime 3-6pm to visit our spaces, enjoy some light refreshments and learn some tricks to help you care for yourself & others through the winter holidays.

We’ll be offering drop-in chair massagetea & hot ciderholiday cookiesgift certificateswellness tips & more…

The Cedar Works is located at 4919 Pentridge, right around the corner from Mariposa Food Co-Op, easily accessible via SEPTA’s  #34 trolley or #64 bus.

About the practitioners: 

Kimberly Vice helps others find relief, relaxation, and comfort within their bodies through therapeutic touch. Each massage session deepens her curiosity and conviction in how magnificent and powerful our bodies are! JJ Tiziou believes that every single human body is sacred and deserving of care. He offers full-body integrative massages and Thai massage sessions out of three locations in West Philly. He’s trauma-informed, queer-friendly and affirming of all bodies. He brings techniques from swedish, Thai, Shiatsu, deep-tissue, myofacial release and assisted stretching into his sessions and can offer pre-natal massage as well as work with clients who are bed-ridden or in hospice. Carol Johnson offers a safe place to ask questions, learn about yourself, and breathe deeply. Her style is steady and accepting, bringing creativity and a gentle sense of humor. She works with you to find your strengths, learn to cope and identify ways your past might be impacting you today. She hopes to guide you to find balance, compassion for yourself and others and a life you find fulfilling. Personal growth is a creative process and she holds the space to allow it to unfold.
