Walk Around Philadelphia organizer JJ Tiziou (who will have circumnavigated the entire city on foot *fourteen times* by then) will be there with a few fellow perimeter-walkers to share about the project and invite you to join us in exploring the city's edge.
Depending on logistics, we may or may not have our printmaking station running where you could make your own map of the Delaware River watershed & Philadelphia border. Look for it at upcoming Cherry Street Pier First Fridays too!

Join JJ Tiziou, LMT for a self-massage workshop at The Cedar Works where you'll learn easy ways to apply therapeutic pressure using tennis or lacrosse balls and other tools to give yourself a massage anywhere, anytime! This 2hr small group workshop will offer plenty of time for individualized attention and practice.
