The images on this site are protected under US and international copyright laws. These photos are my intellectual property, and essentially all that I have; please respect that. They may not be reproduced without my permission nor used to create derivative works. If you would like to publish one of my images, just ask.
You are welcome to use my images on personal, non-commercial websites so long as the image is credited and not modified. You must tell me where you use it. Do not link to pages within my site other than the main page, as this will result in broken links when I move things around.
Note what I mean by a personal, non-commercial website. This is my personal site, but it is a commercial site- i hope that people will hire me for my photography. If, for example, I take a picture of you playing guitar. If your job is to be an accountant and you happen to have a random personal webpage, then you are welcome to use the image on it without asking as long as you provide an appropriate link. But if you are advertising yourself as a musician in that site, then you must ask my permission and agree to my basic terms of business. The same applies for any other site in which you or your organization might advertise themselves.
If you have my permission to use one of my images, it must be accompanied by a clear adjacent credit linking to my website. For personal sites, I'm completely flexible as to what this credit looks like (whatever suits your site design is fine) but it must be next to the image, not burried at the bottom of the page.
